Great bread is our goal! In our quest to make the finest bread we always search for the best ingredients. When possible, we buy our grains from the farms near Kansas City. For making artisan bread, we use only real fresh eggs, cheeses, fruits, nuts, olive oil, herbs and our natural starters in the Breads. Great quality bread is also why we use only simple, traditional bread making methods.
Natural and commercial yeast leavens the bread and creates many of the unique bread flavors. Long fermentation is how we make all of our breads taste so good. And we never use artificial additives or preservatives.

The hands of our skilled bakers shape and score each unique loaf of bread. What modern equipment we do use must work with our age-old traditional baking methods. And our bread is delivered to stores and restaurants within hours of leaving the oven, every day, including Saturday and Sunday.
